Two months after the purchase of my car, The dealership (Serra) has not sent the title to the DMV or the credit union. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it had a light indicator on the dashboard indicating a pr (Serra) has not sent the title to the DMV or the credit union. Upon purchasing the vehicle, it had a light indicator on the dashboard indicating a problem with a tire. I was told by The finance manager (Kali) that the car needed a sensor, but the other tires were okay according to the safety test. After having the car checked, I was informed that was not true. As a matter of fact, the sensor on the spare tire was good, but the problem was with two tires on the car. As a result, I had to purchase two sensors to fix the problem. She (Kali) offered to order the sensor for me if I called her on the following Monday. When I called to get her to order the sensor, she said she told my son to order the part on Amazon. Kali was not honest with me and those tires could have been a safety issue for me. It has been two months and I still don’t have a copy of the title and the credit union does not have the title also. This is very poor customer service and I am very dissatisfied. More
