Lacking Was promised a complimentary car wash and vaccum with my service and when I got there was told there was no such thing and that there wasn't even a ca Was promised a complimentary car wash and vaccum with my service and when I got there was told there was no such thing and that there wasn't even a car wash on the premises. When I explained what I had been promised the lady very rudely said she could try to take my car to a car wash in the area but she didn't really know of one. Then I had to call for a ride back to work as I wasn't offered a courtesy ride as I am accustomed to from my other dealership purchases. All around not impressive. More
