SERRA has stepped up 1st I don’t know if I can say how pleased I am with the SERRA employees that helped me get my car. Jeremiah at the CenterPoint SERRA Nissan was Amazin 1st I don’t know if I can say how pleased I am with the SERRA employees that helped me get my car. Jeremiah at the CenterPoint SERRA Nissan was Amazing. He went above & beyond. Brian the Finance Manager was very knowledgeable also. But for the employees in the Service Dept is why I came in in the 1st place. An older lady answered my call at SERRA & we began talking like we had known each other for years. Actually I have used SERRA when shopping & financing my cars since I was in my 20’s. I am almost 60. So that’s 40 years of Superb Service. SERRA has chosen to have extra employees in the Service Dept to greet you. That is a Plus !!! The Salesman are so nice. I was looking for 1 man in particular but he had been promoted. While the other salesman stood around, Jeremiah took me to his office & listened to what I had to say & he worked hard to find me what I was looking for. Terrific job Jeremiah. They provided a nice area for me to sit and wait with water, popcorn, and a t.v. to watch. An the service only took about an hour and fifteen minutes! More

Service the customer I went in to have some work done. Previously having a full inspection and work done at Gosett Volkswagen in Memphis, I knew the issues with my car and I went in to have some work done. Previously having a full inspection and work done at Gosett Volkswagen in Memphis, I knew the issues with my car and how much they would cost. Simply requesting to have the repairs finished, the mechanic said that he was going to clean it up and look at it because the cam cover may not need to be replaced. He knew about the cam cover because I brought in with me the detailed paperwork from the Memphis location. Two days later I received a call saying that in his “professional” opinion he recommend that I trade it in because of the $5000 cost of repairs and 20 hours of labor. Not forgetting I knew what had to be done already. If I wanted to trade it in I wouldn’t have purchased the car “AS IS” just the past January. $5000 is a lot less that $20 or $30 thousand dollars. I’m not sure if he assumed I couldn’t afford to get it fixed or if he just didn’t want to do the work. Either way I don’t feel comfortable taking my car back here because if they were to do it I can’t trust that it be done right and properly. More
