This was the worst experience I have ever had. They drug my car on to a rollback wrecker and shook my car off the wrecker as well when we requested my car be towed with a wheel lift. Kept my car in the shop for 3 days to find out it was only a fuse blown. Car still under warranty and told me they had no car for me to use till then. While keeping my car the service manager couldn’t even contact me to let me know what was going on. Even when I called I would be put on hold for 30 minutes or longer then to come back and tell me they would have to call me back and never call back. I hope no else get treated like this. I feel like since it was under warranty and they weren’t making any money off me then the xxxx with them they can wait. Not a way to do business. This a brand new car. Not happy at all. I will be using a different place from now on to service my vehicle. More
