I was able to get an appointment for my vehicle very quickly to fix an issue identified by a Toyota service bulletin. They took care of the problem in a short amount of time. The waiting area was very quickly to fix an issue identified by a Toyota service bulletin. They took care of the problem in a short amount of time. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. It was a further drive for me than another dealership but a much better experience so I will continue to take my RAV4 to Serra for service. More

No detail clean on cars before they leave the dealership under the hood was dirty. The receptionist that takes calls when the service department is busy has issues. Sales person was great.
