Kim has taken great care of me and my 2008 Avalon for almost 20 years and I couldn't ask for anyone to be any more efficient than she is. Always gets me in an out in a timely manner. The few times she hasn't been there the other service reps have been kind, considerate and understanding when I wanted to wait for Kim. I do highly recommend Serra to anyone who will listen. This has been an ongoing issue that happened after bringing in my truck for service. I have been waiting for the part to fix this for weeks.
