II waited almost 3 hours for a 10,000 mile check up. My car sat there for 2 hours because no one put the paperwork in for them to start working on my car. After 2 hours I asked about my car and it was just sitting there the whole time. It only took them 30 minutes to change the oil and rotate my tires? The first time I went there it was very quick. I thought they were busy but it was because they didn’t process my car in for service. They guy who checked me in said he got distracted. More
