The car I found online was $22,255 I told the sales person that I saw it on Cars.com I asked if the car could be delivered. It was, and each paper was put in front of me, at my home. I knew the price I saw on line, but when I received the paperwork (the next day) I saw where 5k was added to the price. I called to ask why the 5k was slapped on the price. It was not what I saw on the internet. The sales person said it was an added value put on the car for protection of the car. I said I was not told of this "added value" she said it was on the window sticker. I told her, I was not ON the car lot. And I wanted it taken off. She then started double talking, trying to confuse me. I told her I do not want this. Take it off ...... she said she would have to talk to her manager, and would call me back. I told her again. I do Not want this added to the sale of My car. She again said she would talk to her manager and call me back. SHE NEVER DID. I called HER about an hour later. She would not answer her phone. I called the car lot and got the name of the head manager. I asked to speak to him and I was told he was not in his office. RIGHT! Sydney NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I WANT TO GET THIS TAKEN OFF. Jacob did not inform me of this add on. I want it TAKEN OFF! Mr. Clint Write - I need this 5k value taken OFF HORRIBLE! This is a money grab, and I am Very Upset, and Not Happy!
