I was sent a letter letting me know to make an appointment because the part had been received for my recall. I came in for my scheduled appt., had to remind them what I was there for (recall part appointment because the part had been received for my recall. I came in for my scheduled appt., had to remind them what I was there for (recall part only), and was sent to the waiting room. Two hours later I was finally called up, and they tried to charge for work done on my car that I hadn’t requested. They finally fixed the error, and then said that they had ordered the part for my car and I would have to come back the following week to get it fixed. I was there for two hours and the issue wasn’t even resolved! What were they doing to my car all that time? I don’t think it takes two hours to realize you need to order a part. Absolute waste of time and I will never be going back there once this is fixed. More

Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my entire life. Within 3 days of purchase we had several warning lamps come up on the dash. I took the car back and they tried to tell me they couldn't scan life. Within 3 days of purchase we had several warning lamps come up on the dash. I took the car back and they tried to tell me they couldn't scan the car because the lights had gone off by that point. Upon my OWN investigation I found 2 open recalls that could start a fire and roughly 25 TSB's that may or may not have affected the car, but had not been checked. I honestly believe that if I were not a car guy who has been in the automotive industry my entire life, and had not been tenacious about holding them accountable, they would have blown us off. They should have never had a certified (of their brand) car on the line for sale with issues. I have no doubt that they would not have taken care of these issues. They have a reputation of having shady business practices and I blame myself for not listening to the chatter around town. This is a mistake I won't make again and will do my best to ensure my friends and family don't make it either. More

The financial part was rigged because the car was supposed to have full warranty…not only did I have to handle, door seal, and gas gauge…not fixed.
