This is the second time that I have went to Shaheen, & had Mark as my salesperson. He's patient, and listens to what I want. He asked me those critical questions that determined what car I was interested in. I didn't feel like I was pushed into buying anything. I gave him a VIN # of a car that I even seen online, & I was able to test drive it in addition to others that were recommended. I signed, & drove off all in the same day!
