Alternator Replacement Alternator went out 2 days before a scheduled road trip. Brad and Scott scheduled repair for the next day and the replacement was completed by early Alternator went out 2 days before a scheduled road trip. Great for oil changes and inspections This dealership has done all of our oil changes and inspections on our 2008 Rav4. Highly recommend them for these services. Unfortunately, we have not had great success when taking our car in for repairs. Repairs always take hours longer than they said it would would take. One time we had an 8:00 appointment for repairs and inspection. We explained that we had a 3:00 appointment in Roanoke and were assured that would not be a problem. When we called to check on the car at 1:00 they still had not started working on our car. We were finally able to pick it up at 5:30 and realized they still hadn't done the inspection. Another repair a few months late had similar problems. More
