I waited six hours to sign paperwork to buy a car. After my credit was ran and I singed the paperwork, the wait began. I was not told why I waiting until I inquired. I was waiting to see finance. I asked if anyone else was available besides the finance rep in at the Toyota Dealership. I was then told to drive across the street and met with a finance rep that handled all dealerships. He told me there were 11 finance reps. Poor organization and very very poor customer service. I arrived at the dealership around 3pm and left at 9pm. More
