Unfortunately, we have not had great success when taking our car in for repairs. Repairs always take hours longer than they said it would would take. One time we had an 8:00 appointment for repairs and inspection. We explained that we had a 3:00 appointment in Roanoke and were assured that would not be a problem. When we called to check on the car at 1:00 they still had not started working on our car. We were finally able to pick it up at 5:30 and realized they still hadn't done the inspection. Another repair a few months late had similar problems. More
