Bait and switch Found a SUV online on a Tuesday. Made online inquiry and spoke to salesman almost immediately. Asked if the price was a no-haggle price and was told i Found a SUV online on a Tuesday. Then immediately dropped $500 when I asked for a specific price range. Asked multiple times for pics of damage to a seat that was obvious in the pics but wanted to get a closer look, was told each time pics were on the way but never arrived. Ended up driving the TWO HOURS anyway to see the SUV after setting an appointment and speaking with a “manager” (they must have 20 managers because almost everyone I talked to claimed to be a manager of some kind). Was met at the door by I can only describe as a prototypical used car salesman who is “the manager” and “would take care of you personally” only to be given a salesman literally 1 minute later. Sat down to start the intake paperwork and the salesman left to get the SUV only to come back 10 minutes later with an apology that there is a problem with the ‘09 white Land Rover’s engine but he would be happy to show us something else. Are you serious!!?!? We drove TWO HOURS to see this vehicle and spoke with several different people to be told we can’t see it!! I can only surmise that the SUV doesn’t exist since the pics were never sent and we were told we couldn’t even see the LR2. More
