From start to finish, Mori was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how supportive and encouraging he was. Mori genuinely wanted me to make the decision that was best for me, and he gave me the time and space I needed to feel confident in that choice. That made all the difference and turned what can often be a stressful process into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Mori to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Mori is not one of these high pressure, talk to much salesman. I was in and out in about 2 hours.
