My service experience at Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville was top-notch. The service itself was completed efficiently. The service writer was open, friendly, and responsive to my needs -- he did Cartersville was top-notch. The service itself was completed efficiently. The service writer was open, friendly, and responsive to my needs -- he didn't try to sell me a service, even though my vehicle was on the edge of needing that particular service -- and when I asked about a billing issue, the service manager solved it quickly and in my favor.
