Dana, in Sales called to congratulate me on owning my car for 5 years. Asked me if I needed anything. I needed an oil change and also ended up asking for a tire rotation. Had a lot of other service done and for 5 years. Asked me if I needed anything. I needed an oil change and also ended up asking for a tire rotation. Overcharged for a tire replacement. $741 quote when my local repair guy will do it, same tire, for $210. Plus they did not wash car after service.
