Please avoid as this place is a scam! When I arrived they randomly asked me if I had to use any math skills for my job. I said no not really. Thought that was a very weird first question When I arrived they randomly asked me if I had to use any math skills for my job. I said no not really. Thought that was a very weird first question to ask me. I wanted to purchase a 2026 Honda Passport. The sales person said that there was a model car that is technically used and is an option for me to get the car for cheaper but I would have to wait about a month to be able to get the car. They then showed me some new passports. We then worked out a deal for each car we looked at which was 3 in total (all same car, different colors). After negotiating with the dealership, they agreed to give me a pretty big discount on the price. Like $10k off for one of the cars. This is where things get very sketchy… when they came back with the pricing sheets, they had the discounts we agreed to in the line items, but when you looked at the total sales price, the discounts were not applied. So essentially what they were doing, was agreeing to a price verbally, then trying to get me to sign a price completely different than what was discussed. But they tried to hide it by including the discounts, but not in the total at the bottom of the sheet. All 3 cars had the same issue with the discount not being reflected. When I called them out to correct it, they agreed that it was incorrect but then advised that they can’t give me the discount that we agreed to just a few minutes ago? It all seemed to extremely sketchy to me. First asked me if I had to use math skills for my role, then proceeds to give me an offer where I have to use math skills to call them out on their error, then they won’t give me the price we agreed to verbally. That 100% is a scam that didn’t go the way they had hoped. Otherwise they would have honored the rate we agreed to right? Idk, but other dealerships that I shared my experience with advised that I should report this dealership for bad business. I’m not sure if what they did is even legal? Even considering messaging Honda about this as my experiences at other Honda dealerships are great. This is the first and only time I’ve gone to a dealership and felt like I was being scammed. Not given a bad deal, but straight up misled and scammed. Their manager came running out to my car to try and make it right, but literally offered me nothing and blamed it on the “new computer system” that just so happened to be installed that day… it can’t be a computer error if we agree to a price but you print out a higher price and refuse to honor the price that was discussed. That is a human error, and if you fail to honor what was discussed, with your incorrect totals, then that’s a scam! Like there is no way to say otherwise right? More
