Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 12pm and let the staff know I was going to grab lunch. I was gone nearly an hour, and when I returned, my car was still not being service rotation at 12pm and let the staff know I was going to grab lunch. I understand if they are busy, but they shouldn't offer appointments if the times will not be honored. More
