Angie was great and the service was finished on time. The only negative is that I specifically asked Angie to have window washer fluid filled and it was not. ALSO: The last time I was in, Angie made a recco on the scratch and dent service offered by Shottenkirk's partner Carpanion. Kalen and the Carpanion Team refinished my badly scratched wheels and de-dented an ugly dent in the hood. I am even more excited to drive my car than I was before!
