I had a flat tire in my new Honda CRV and was told at Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville to call their other location. Once I did that I was given the run around and told to call Honda Roadside assistanc Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville to call their other location. Once I did that I was given the run around and told to call Honda Roadside assistance. My call was dropped twice and then told they could not help and the receptionist was rude! I am stuck on the side of the road!! got the number to Honda Roadside Assistance and they had a tow truck to me in about an hour plus. Then had to go to the dealership in Cartersville to get the tire fixed. They took almost 2 hours to change my tire. I was not happy. More
