Unfortunately, I was without my 2020 Honda Pilot for two weeks. This was not the fault of Shottenkirk Honda. This was due to Honda America’s unwillingness to quickly help and support their customers. There are many known issues with the 2020 Honda pilots and they are making it difficult on their dealerships and customers when it comes to getting help.
