Jonathan is a friendly person and a good sales person. I waited a while and the only negative was not knowing how long my wait was going to be getting into doing the paperwork.. I still give him 5 stars. Finance manager was good to deal with also once I got to him. My vehicle was supposed to have been cleaned and may have been but was still dirty and had hand prints in different areas. There is a place by the Honda logo on the back door where a sticker had been and removed. The area was still sticky. Windows were dirty on the inside as well as door jams. Little stuff I know but it is a new car. Overall I am please so far with my purchase. More

This is how a visit to a dealership should be. I had been to other dealers closer to home and didn't get the treatment I was looking for. I took a shot and clicked the 'best price now' on the websi I had been to other dealers closer to home and didn't get the treatment I was looking for. I took a shot and clicked the 'best price now' on the website. That price was better than I had negotiated at the other dealership. I received a call the next morning, and the deal was basically done over the phone. When I got onsite, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the treatment. My salesman was Adam Roberts and he was first class all the way. The finance portion was a little pushy but I won't deduct any stars for that... the salesperson experience was 5 stars all the way. I will definitely return when I need another Honda, and would recommend friends and family to look that way also. More

Service was fine, but they really need to actually clean and sanitize surfaces like the signs said they would. I was there for a couple of hours and not once were any of the high touch surfaces wiped down. and sanitize surfaces like the signs said they would. If they actually cared about their customers they would enforce a face covering rule. More
