On Time! Service was done on time. I was suggested and guided well for the preventive maintenance of the vehicle that I agree to. Although, my car was NOT wash Service was done on time. I moved from Michigan to Georgia and when I was in Michigan all the dealers will give you a free car wash, which I am used to. But I didn't get it here. I would really appreciate if that will be done after the service. More

Not a good experience. NO FOLLOW UP AFTER SALE < NO PAPERWOR While the purchase of my vehicle started out good with home delivery from our salesman Michael during the eight of the covid 19 virus in our area, it While the purchase of my vehicle started out good with home delivery from our salesman Michael during the eight of the covid 19 virus in our area, it turned out that NONE of the paperwork and documents were provided to us in the glove compartment that Michael said would be there. We do not even have the manual to the car!! NOTHING! I have contacted Michael and he said he would "look into"getting us the paperwork to include the bill of sale, the extended warranty paperwork AND the owner manual but, nothing after 2 weeks. I also left a message with the new car supervisor a week ago, and NOTHING! So far, I do not have ANYTHING TO DOCUMENT the sale of this vehicle to me..I would appreciate it if someone would look into the matter and provide us with the bills of sale, the signed extended warranty agreement ( which I am being charged for via finance, the owners manual and other pertinent document normally give to new customers. Not even a key chain ????? More
