TL was very friendly as was Michael. It took some time to meet my needs and I appreciated Kevin coming out and talking with me and my wife. So, we really had an issue with not being told the extended warranty didn't have to have all the packages included with it. Like we thought it was as it was presented take it or leave it. And not being told the repel could not be cancelled and pro rated like the others. Everrett was great to work with though. We do have to take the car back up to the dealership cause there is a small ding to be attended to. We just wish we would have all all the information and given the opportunity to come in when we wanted to for the price we were given. We were asked to come in by the end of the month and I do get it but we had to come in the evening and were very tired. All the info would have been great to make a better decision on if I needed certain things on the warranty. Kevin and Brittany were the ones who spoke to us on the warranty options. More
My service provider was excellent, however the technician who did the work did not look it over. I went In for regular service and recalls, initially the call center told me it would be 1.5 hours. When I go who did the work did not look it over. I went In for regular service and recalls, initially the call center told me it would be 1.5 hours. When I got there, they told me approx 4 hours. The recalls were addressed - however the driver side mirror which has been replaced twice- looks like a fun house mirror. There is NO WAY the tech didn’t notice that . So now I have to drive another 40 min each way, for another appointment. VERY FRUSTRATING More
