Had a bad steering column and it took 77 days for the parts to arrive from Honda - Shame on Honda!!!! Scott was great during the whole miserable wait - We really like our Honda and they put us in another parts to arrive from Honda - Shame on Honda!!!! Scott was great during the whole miserable wait - We really like our Honda and they put us in another brand during the verrrrryyyy looooonnnngggg Wait and it was subpar. Shottenkirk and Scott treated us very well and kept us up to date on the progress. Once Honda shipped the part(did I tell you it was 77 days), Scott and Shottenkirk jumped right on the install and we had our car back. Great dealer and service rep experience - Honda needs to step up their game. No consideration for the extended wait, no contact directly from Honda Corp - really dropped the ball on this one. Even Ford treated me better(and I no longer buy Fords!!!!) All in all Great dealer and service Rep, Bad experience from Honda...... Kinda Bummed in Madison AL. BillC More

We have had an active recall for months. I scheduled this service with the recall to be fixed. I was not informed until drop off that the part was not in. My first visit last year was great. This time I am not satisfied. First they diagnosed a head gasket leak and just sent me a text message if I approve a 4k repair, yes/no; that’s all. T This time I am not satisfied. First they diagnosed a head gasket leak and just sent me a text message if I approve a 4k repair, yes/no; that’s all. To send something that major over text was not very considerate. I would have expected a call, an explanation how they arrived at that diagnosis, explain is the prognosis (like does it need to be fixed now or can it wait) and if there are any alternative fixes to prolong life. (In fact we recently took a vex hole to Mazda and they had this really nice service of recording a video of going over the vehicle showing the evidence of all that they found, it was great.) So I denied the service because I did not have this information; I did learn before picking the vehicle up that the main evidence was low coolant. After picking up my vehicle and driving home, I found that the coolant was still low, in fact there was none in the expansion tank. To allow a vehicle out of the shop like that was very dangerous and could have resulted in additional damage to my vehicle. The coolant leak isn’t so bad to have lost that much when driving home, in that I topped off the radiator and expansion tank and it has been fine for the past week. This is not the kind of reasonable service I hope to find in shop. Even if I deny an very expensive service for not having a sufficient level of information, I would still have expected them to prep my vehicle to the best that they can and make sure it’s safe. More

I always know that I'm going to be very well taken care of when I walk in and see Justin, Michael or Eric. Those are my favorite guys. I did not use the shuttle service until today for the first time. I've been with y'all for 3 years. Mr. Rick was really sweet and very safe and careful. I appreciated him being able to take me back to work. Justin is always very careful to explain everything to me clearly, which I appreciate. I love the fact that the service techs can send me pictures of what's going on and how I need to replace something. If it's bad enough. I like me and to know what's going on with my vehicle and that helps a lot. Please keep up the good work! More
