I have been a lifelong customer and have been satisfied with my car and the service received throughout the years. However, they are now taking advantage of the consumer. In addition to the cost of the service that includes labor and taxes, they are now charging their customers an additional 3% fee (of the total cost of the service) if they use their debit or credit card. If the customer pays cash or check, the 3% fee is not added to the total cost. They fail to verbally tell the customer this prior to getting the service. They inform the customer at the time of checkout about this fee. The employee points to a small sign that is taped up. The cost of parts and labor are already expensive but to add this 3% fee is just taking advantage of the customer. The customer is being charged to swipe their card. Most people use a debit or credit card and don’t have checks or that much cash on hand. Paying by check and cash is archaic in this environment. If a service cost $1600 (parts, labor, etc.), the customer will have to add an additional $48 to the total cost if a debit or credit card is used. To add an additional amount to an already expensive service, is just plan wrong, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. do not charge customers to use debit or credit cards, so the expectation of the consumer is the same for car dealerships especially when the cost incurred is going to be far more than what is spent at other businesses listed above. This is just another way this dealership is making more unnecessary money off of the customers. Customers please beware, you have been warned. More

Wonderful experience from the very first point of contact until the last. The facility was VERY nice nice and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience as quick and easy as p until the last. The salesman I was originally working with transitioned to another opportunity, but sales team did a good job passing me off to another salesman and ensuring he picked up where we left off. The only notable complaint I have was during financial closing. I specifically sent all the documentation (insurance, financing app, discount paperwork, etc.) to the dealership in advance, to reduce my pickup time. Within the first 15 mins of arrival, the portion with my salesman was completed. We then spent the next 2 hours waiting on the financing representative to even greet us before beginning the process. The dealership had sent me the appointment reminder. That was very frustrating. The process took nearly 3 hours, 2 hours of which were just sitting with an apologetic salesperson. I would have understood better if the financial office appeared busy and we hadn't had an appointment. All in all, the sales team was great, and the financial person was nice, but having to sit at the dealership for nearly 3 hours to wait for them to do paperwork was a disappointment from a customer service prospective.
