The service was performed as requested. One thing about it was overlooked. The reset procedure for the flashing "MAINT REQD" light on my dash was not performed. Also, I was surprised and unprepared when I picked up the vehicle after service to be offered a pre-pay deal on future services. It would be better if I had been told when I dropped off the vehicle before the service that I would be offered a pre-paid service deal when I returned. Had that been done, I would have had more time to considered the offer. More

Spent a extra 1 1/2 hours on you redoing a service that wasn't done properly during my last visit. Service had a 12 month 6000 miles warranty but I had to fuss with the service rep to get the service done wasn't done properly during my last visit.
