Joe was really nice and they got the work done. I just wish communication was better. Answer the phone, call back when a message is left. It is so frustrating trying to call and not be able to cont I just wish communication was better. Answer the phone, call back when a message is left. It is so frustrating trying to call and not be able to contact anyone. I just called back and tried everyone's extension in the service dept until someone answered. You shouldn't have to do that. I didn't hear back for over 24 hours. More
