I received a call from a "manager" named Armando Valdez threatening me to ruin my credit and repo my car because I didn't have time to stop by to fill out paperwork that they messed up on. What's worse he called and raised his voice at my elderly mother because I hadn't come in yet. MIND YOU, my mother had nothing to do with my purchase.
