After reading reviews on Dealerrater I went to Sierra Honda to look for a new car. From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly people. In fact, pretty much all the employees at Sierra Honda are Honda to look for a new car. From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly people. In fact, pretty much all the employees at Sierra Honda are friendly and courteous. A shout out to Tom who greeted us and Edgar from finance. Our salesperson Richard was waiting for us to arrive even though I had only emailed minutes earlier. He explained the differences in trim levels clearly and took us on test drives. We returned another day and this time worked with Charles who is also knowledgeable and friendly. We are obviously indecisive people but appreciate the team of Charles and Richard who helped us without giving us any pressure. We had gone to another dealership (not Honda) and the difference was night and day. I highly recommend Sierra Honda to anyone. More

I had been in communication with several dealerships & David Kirby was one of only 2 who responded to me regularly & respectfully. Now I understand that sales/service people are dealing with more than jus David Kirby was one of only 2 who responded to me regularly & respectfully. Now I understand that sales/service people are dealing with more than just one customer/issue at a time, so I’m not trying to say he got back to me immediately as some people might demand. But he would get back to me in a VERY timely manner which, like I mentioned, every other dealership didn’t do even though they said they would. And if I had a question, he’d answer it. No beating around the bush, no “when you schedule a test drive I can answer your questions”. And most importantly, he was the only one to work with me on a price that worked for both of us. He made my shopping experience so stress free & pleasant. Unfortunately, David was unable to be at the dealership when I was there, but Mehrdad Saatara was. He went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. He was friendly & hospitable in ensuring we didn’t feel ignored. Even after the deal was done & we waited for the paperwork to be completed, he made us feel as though our purchase was important to them.
