I was misinformed on a couple of issues and tricked into making a huge downpayment that wasn't at all necessary. The fact that I'd leased with this dealership without problems since the early 1990's didn't seem to merit any "give" on their part. I won't go back there again and I will tell my friends and other potential HONDA buyers/leasers to look elsewhere. The Finance manager was especially "slippery" and deceptive. Not only that, but I was treated quite coldly and not with what I would consider the respect that a loyal customer for almost 30 years deserves. The car lot "roundup cowboy", whose name escapes me, was especially poor in handling the deal. I should have called a halt to the trade-in and lease right at that point. He did not do the minimum of what a salesman should probably have done. In understand that he is no longer with the dealership; probably the shortest-lived salesman in its history! More

I had an issue with my keys and the dealership was able to help resolve the issue and I was able to get a new key due to the one I had being faulty. Since I am going on a trip soon I wanted to make sure my to help resolve the issue and I was able to get a new key due to the one I had being faulty. Since I am going on a trip soon I wanted to make sure my transmission was serviced. I have been putting it off and needed to get it done. The dealership made some other recommendations and will most definitely be back to get some of those services done. More
