I purchased a Honda Accord there back in 2019. That car is gone but I now have a 2023 Accord hybrid, which I bought at a different dealer. I wanted to stay closer to home when it came to servicing my vehicle. I decided to get it serviced @ Sierra Honda since I never had an issue there before. Billy happen to be my service advisor. He was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I had a good experience. I will continue to get my car serviced here as long as I keep getting the same treatment, nothing happens to my car and the service dept. does NOT try to over sell me on service they know that I don't need. Sierra Honda is trying to make money from customer in all aspects, surprising thing is Honda authorized service center is charging service is good. This dealer lacks customer service. We were frustrated since this was the second time in a month we had to bring our car in to be “fixed” so we gave him a bad review. His review wasn’t based on my cars performance but his inability to give a message to his supervisor. He told be multiple times that he would try to give him a message then proceeded to tell me John was on a zoom call. I finally told him he could write the message down and put it on his desk because I wanted a call back. When we went to pick up the car Billy assumed it was his right to make us wait. When my husband walked up and said hey I’m late for work and need to get my car. Billy told my husband “Is not my fault that Honda makes crappy cars” The supervisor, John came out and proceeded to be angry and not listen to my husband. He then pointed his finger in my husbands face ( about a foot away from him) and tell him he doesn’t work for Honda he works for Sierra. My husband owns his own business and was trying to explain to him that he represents Honda and should act accordingly. More
