Salesman Jeff Lee is eager to listen to customer requests and work with you to find the right price for the vehicle. As a first time Subaru owner, he was a great first point of contact for the purchase of my and work with you to find the right price for the vehicle. As a first time Subaru owner, he was a great first point of contact for the purchase of my Forester. He is communicative, but never pushy. Sales manager Gilbert is nice and direct. He was willing to work on with me price, especially with add-ons that I did not want on my vehicle. Great sales manager with an obvious passion for his work. Encore specialist Dominick Segarra was also very open about questions and issues I had regarding my purchase. He explained everything to me in detail and was very patient with my questions. Finance managers: Experiences will vary. Alex Hernandez was the first finance manager I spoke to. He was communicative, transparent, and took his time answering my questions. As far as finance managers go, my experience with him was great. Overall, this dealership has employees that care about their work and are willing to work with you so you can take a vehicle home. I would recommend this dealership. More
