Michael was knowledgeable and confident through the entire transaction. No hiccups, no problems with getting fair value for our trade-in. We drove 100 miles to Sierra Subaru and passed up two other Subaru dealers who either didn’t have the right vehicle and/or the sales person was unmotivated to help. I’ve made over a dozen vehicle purchases and by far this was the easiest and least stressful transaction thanks to Mr. Conquilla. This is my first Subaru and it won’t be my last. More
WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS and POOR diagnostics! My vehicle is a 2022 Crosstrek with only 16k miles. It is still under warranty. It was making a "humming" noise when it drove. They told me I have to pay a diagnostic fee if the problem is not covered under warranty. I agreed. They said my wheel bearings need to be replaced. But they won't cover it because there were scratches marks on my rims! Their diagnostic was that I hit a curb SO HARD that the wheeling broke. I declined because it sounded idiotic! I consulted with a private shop and they agreed with me. So I went to Puente Hills Subaru instead. That was the 2nd nearest Subaru dealer. NOW HERE IS THE INTERESTING PART. They told me THEY DON'T charge any diagnostic fee because my vehicle is still under warranty! So I took it in. They found that my CVT transmission was defective and replaced it! Now the noise is gone. The car drives perfectly fine! NOTHING to do with wheel bearings. xxx. Not only did Monrovia Subau scam me for this "diagnostic fee", but they ALSO MISDIAGNOSED the problem! This place is a joke. STAY AWAY. I was going to contact them for some sort of refund, but I don't feel like playing phone tags. If your PR person reads this, contact me and I am willing to update this review if you refund me my diagnostic fee. More
