I was very pleased with the service I received at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. My Outback was vandalized having a side window totally smashed out. Victor checked me in efficiently and competently with courtesy. He said the service would take an hour and a half. It did. I’m an old man. He was respectful. There is a nice waiting area. They turned it off for me. My only complaint: The online appointment program seemed to work fine, but when I went to check in, there was no record. Maybe I neglected to push SEND or something.
