Had No Intention of Buying My Truck Yet I had every intention of waiting until September/October to buy my first new vehicle in 16 years. I was looking at a Toyota Tacoma. I knew I would be getting a truck to pull the teardrop camper I am purchasing next year. I love everything about the Tacoma - Safety, Resale Value and Looks. Cement was my first color choice and I did not really need a 4x4. Eric Morales was my sale person. I scheduled an initial appt and then cancelled due to a heavy rainstorm. I then rescheduled for 8/8/19 to meet with him. I even emailed him and said I was not going to buy from him today. To my surprise, Eric found EXACTLY the right truck for me - Cement color, 4x2, navigation and the right price. I did not have to haggle or feel pressured. I am now the owner of a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma Truck, thanks to Eric Morales, his Manager and Sierra Toyota! Thank You All So Very Much! So glad to support Sierra Vista businesses! More

Didn't recommend all necessary parts I had the fuel gauge replaced & I should have had the fuel pump replaced at the same time.I was told after the fuel gauge was replaced that the reason I had the fuel gauge replaced & I should have had the fuel pump replaced at the same time.I was told after the fuel gauge was replaced that the reason it failed was because some springs on the fuel pump broke away which caused the fuel gauge to get damaged. They said that the springs were put back with some kind of make shift brace & that I should avoid bumpy roads. More

After comparing my experiences with other dealerships in Sierra I heard from family members that Sierra Toyota is the best new car dealership in town. After comparing my experiences with other dealerships in Sierra Vista, I now completely agree with my family...Sierra Toyota really is the best! The sales associates are very knowledgeable, friendly, and (during sales and financing) don't pressure you like other dealerships! I really appreciate that they don't add expensive unwanted dealership add-ons to the cars (like pin stripping or blackout tint). They really made the extra effort to help me find the exact car I wanted and transport it from a different dealership (rather than pressuring me to buy something on the lot that wasn't exactly what I wanted).
