REALLY wasn't looking to buy, BUT.. I went to the Toyota dealer with my Old Faithful 2006 Tundra, not because she needed service, but because there was a mandatory recall on the passenge I went to the Toyota dealer with my Old Faithful 2006 Tundra, not because she needed service, but because there was a mandatory recall on the passenger airbags, and while I was waiting, Gabe in Service (nice guy) suggested I have a seat in the waiting room....or in one of the newer vehicles. Just out of curiosity, my husband and I checked out the price of a new Tundra, decided we still liked Old Faithful because she was paid for, and then just started roaming around. Soon enough, Dean Benton came over and started chatting with us, and we talked about everything under the sun. I made it clear I wasn't there to buy, and that he shouldn't waste his time, and he said that he wasn't wasting any time, that he was just enjoying chatting with us. While he was chatting, Dean starting showing us all the new options that these new-fangled cars can do, and I was pretty impressed, so impressed that I started thinking, and before I knew it, I was looking at cars. One thing lead to another. I NEVER, not even ONCE, felt pressured. I always felt comfortable, welcomed, and in excellent hands. Ry'n, another salesperson, was also around, and I kept asking him questions, and both Dean and Ry'n always stopped and made me feel like my questions were important and deserved complete answers. Scott in Finance showed up, and went over the fine details as well. I even got to meet Elsie, and spend a moment chatting with her. I work in customer service myself, so I know the value of excellent customer service, and I could not give any place a higher recommendation. If you are looking to buy a car, and possibly even if you aren't, Sierra Toyota is where you need to be, with these people. More

no hassle or pressure to buy I was on my way to Phoenix, Az to buy a vehicle. I stopped by Lawley Motors to look at Chevrolet and Ford products and could not come up with a vehic I was on my way to Phoenix, Az to buy a vehicle. I stopped by Sierra Toyota just to see about having my trucked detailed prior taking it to the dealer in Phoenix. No openings until late February. So while I was there I thought about looking at the Tundras, was not impressed until I came to the last Tundra on the row. I saw the price and started to walk away but decided to look thru the window to see what the interior was like. I decided to investigate further and found Frank Pequeno and asked him to open up the truck. I really started liking it, but knew I had a deal in Phoenix and informed him that I was trading in my truck. I told him I didn't think they could give me a good trade in value. He took my keys and said let see what they would give. We went into the office and Scott Allen came in and stated what they would give me, they had my attention at that point. Between that and the rebate and the sale they were having on that vehicle we came to a deal. No pressure, no hassle to buy and I didn't have to go to Phoenix and on top of that they fueled up the truck for me. I would use Sierra Toyota again. I was disappointed that it didn't have auto-start like the new Chevrolet's, but other than that I am very happy. More

Sierra Toyota Rocks!!! After so many rejections and declines i didn't think one more could hurt. I went to them and told them what i had to work with and i told the truth my credit is crap i test drove a vehicle i really like and as usual i filled out paperwork and left with a smile of hope but had the habit of denied in my head ... Well just like the salesman had told to my dismay he called me and out of habit i said right away i know but thank you anyways and that's when it happened i was told you got approved i questioned them like 5 times don't play with me i said .. and the salesman said i'm not come in tomorrow and i did after all the paperwork was done and trade in taking care of i felt tears build in my eyes of joy they made my Christmas wish come true ... would i recommend Sierra Toyota yes i would Ry'n and Scott are a great team they gave me hope again and a new ride for Christmas Thank you guys you Two rock.......... Who knew the experience at your place could be so painless! I was looking for a scion 4D, but you didn't have one. Marvin was very patient, explaining in detail my many question about alternative autos. After I selected one, the real process began. Marvin explained every phase of the process until I was satisfied. All in all he made it pleasant and easy. When it came to the actual financing of the thing, Ross was straight forward and very helpful. I never felt pressured to make the decisions I made. Many thanks Marvin and Ross.
