Amazing customer support when my Jeep's alternator failed My wife and I were halfway to Tucson when the alternator failed in our 2008 Jeep Patriot. I contacted Sierra Toyota and spoke with Gabe. He informed My wife and I were halfway to Tucson when the alternator failed in our 2008 Jeep Patriot. I contacted Sierra Toyota and spoke with Gabe. He informed me to call a tow truck and provided the name and address of a dodge dealer in Tucson that could fix the Jeep. He also began looking up the warranty information. Once we arrived at the dealer in Tucson I called Gabe again to get the warranty company info. Gabe found our bumper-to-bumper warranty was no longer valid but since the Jeep was only past the mileage limit by about 550 miles he spoke to the office manager and they agreed to cover half the costs of the repair. The Tucson dealer was able to replace the alternator and the idler pulley that afternoon so we were able to head home without having to rent a car. The next day I took the paperwork for the repair into Sierra Toyota and they refunded me half the repair costs. I have been extremely happy with the service and support I have received from Sierra Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

It went so well that when we decided we wanted to purchase a Toyota Tacoma we went back to Marvin and again had great service from everyone at Sierra Toyota. When it comes time to replace one of my vehicles, we will definitely go back to Marvin and Sierra Toyota. Also, I have my Prius serviced by Sierra Toyota's Service Department and it has always been a positive experience at a decent price. I would highly recommend Sierra Toyota for all of you service needs. More

I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Overall very satisfied with my experience. Positive Experience I'd never expected to go all the way to Sierra Vista to get a vehicle, but was very pleasantly surprised when I did. We'd been looking to buy a new v I'd never expected to go all the way to Sierra Vista to get a vehicle, but was very pleasantly surprised when I did. We'd been looking to buy a new vehicle for my wife, and had looked at Lexus, Chevrolet and Toyota. We finally settled on getting a Highlander Limited, and had gone to the dealers in Tucson multiple times. Each time we did, we got told "we just sold the last one we had." We asked to be notified when they got one in, but no notification ever came. We'd randomly call, and they'd say they just got one, and we'd drive over (max 20 minutes from the call), and they would then say "Sorry, that one was just sold". We'd ask about them looking to get one from another dealer, and got little to no response. I called all the dealers in Phoenix, and none had a Highlander Limited, but "... we expect to get some in a couple of days." Finally, my wife suggested we try Sierra Vista. I called and talked to Eric Jenkins. He said they had one. He went out to the lot to verify it was really there, and took some pictures of it that he sent us. He also confirmed the internet pricing, which was in line with the prices estimated by Edmonds.com We drove the 90 minutes to Sierra Vista and met with Eric. He had the quotes we'd talked about ready for us, and the vehicle was out front awaiting our test drive. We got back and had a very brief conversation about our trade-in. I asked for an amount that came from one of the on-line services, and they said OK. I said OK. That whole process took less than 20 minutes from the time we arrived. That's the way I want to buy a car. I know what I want, and I've researched the prices. I don't go to shop, I go to buy. The folks at Sierra seem to be very aligned with that method of purchasing. It still took another hour or so to get through the financing and go over the vehicle, but that was still much faster than my experiences in Tucson. I will recommend the Sierra Toyota dealership and Eric Jenkins. More
Wonderful experience! I researched this deal long before I got there. I looked online and found a couple cars I wanted to try they had. When I got there Marvin was unlocking the cars on the lot. Pretty much to the point and so was I. Made the purchase and Marvin took me around and introduced me to everyone and showed me where everything was located when I come back for service. When I go back to trade, I'm asking for Marvin. More
