Humberto gave top-tier customer service. I took in my vehicle to have the valve cover gasket replaced in March and they washed the engine. The mechanic who worked on the vehicle mentioned there was a tr vehicle to have the valve cover gasket replaced in March and they washed the engine. The mechanic who worked on the vehicle mentioned there was a transmission fluid leak and to drive the vehicle for a while and then bring it back in to follow up on the leak. When I returned in May, it turned out it was not the transmission but a small gasket that should have been replaced at the time the valve cover gasket was replaced. They considered this to be an oversight on their part and replaced the small gasket at no charge to me for the labor or the part. More
