I bought my 2023 CX-9 in November 2023 from the STH dealer. Now in March 2024 my car won’t start. I called service and they said I could have it towed in right away but they couldn’t guarantee someone dealer. Now in March 2024 my car won’t start. I called service and they said I could have it towed in right away but they couldn’t guarantee someone could look at it until April 17. The rep I spoke with was absolutely no help at all. Truck sat at dealership for 3 months waiting for clutch replacement. Heard nothing first month, but was finally told first service advisor had walked off the job. Visited dealership once a month in person replacement. Heard nothing first month, but was finally told first service advisor had walked off the job. Visited dealership once a month in person, but heard nothing but excuses. In most instances had to wait 10 to 30 minutes just to visit with the advisor. Dealer lost first set of car keys so I had to bring over my spare set Now that set has gone missing. Dealer unable to perform any sort of diagnosis or start repair. Had the truck towed to an independent garage for repair today. They are promising repair within a week. More

It takes at least 6 weeks to book service here no matter if you are trying to book a maintenance service or have an issue and are unable to drive the car (meaning you will need to rent a car for the 6+ weeks it takes to get an appointment). They also NEVER have courtesy cars. Additionally, they try to talk you into unnecessary expenditures to inflate the bill. The last time we took my car in, they said I needed a new rim (over $1000) that they would need to order. They would not schedule the appointment to install it until it came in several days later but assured us that they would be able to install it before the long weekend. Of course, we had to call to confirm that the part had arrived and the person we spoke to then told us they COULD NOT guarantee installation before the long weekend. I love my XC60, but the poor service will likely keep me from purchasing another one. More
When I purchased my vehicle from Sil Terhar Ford they emphasized their service quality and ability to support my purchase. However, on 12/15/2023 the Ford wrench light appeared on my dashboard indicatin emphasized their service quality and ability to support my purchase. However, on 12/15/2023 the Ford wrench light appeared on my dashboard indicating a powertrain issue. Upon contacting the dealership I was informed that they could not service this critical error until 04/01/2024 (April Fools?). Not sure what is going on with their service department but be aware that they seem to have problems supporting your purchase. More
