The finance gentleman Bobby,not sure his last name, had everything in order for us to get the paperwork handled, and on the day the car was ready for pick up, they had a special area garage, where they delivered the car to us, and had it all detailed and filled with gas. Jeff went over all the new information we needed to get in the car and go, plus they assured us that whenever we needed anything, just come in and they would accommodate us on that service too. We felt like they were family and, we have purchased 4 or 5 new vehicles from them since the early 80's and because of their good customer service, we keep coming back...We (my husband and I) completely would recommend them for car needs. Also, we received a very nice thank you card from each of the salesmen with 2 free oil changes. More

Sill-TerHar has a very nice facility, excellent selection of cars, etc. But the real reason we are in LOVE with Sill-TerHar is the experience we had. Angela Boese (Angela McCabe when we first met her :)) w of cars, etc. But the real reason we are in LOVE with Sill-TerHar is the experience we had. Angela Boese (Angela McCabe when we first met her :)) was the most informative and low-pressure sales person we have ever met. She genuinely wants to help you and meet your needs. Years later we can call Angela with any questions and she will always take care of us. We will never buy a car anywhere else! Also we take our car to the Sill-TerHar service center for maintenance and have always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and honesty and never an unnecessary up-sell! (Which is refreshing) More

I have never been so happy with a new car purchase. I came in looking for a Used Fusion and went home with a new Focus. Jeff went beyond what I expected. Showing me how to work my new car, handling my old getting to them, changing over my Thule to my new Focus, helping my daughter get my junk out of my old car while I was signing so we could get me out of there sooner, and much more. He made this the simplest decision and one I am thrilled about. And he was right, this car was great getting up in the mountains. I'm thrilled I purchased from them and especially Jeff. My husband even said "first salesman I have ever liked". More

My wife and I went into Sill-TerHar looking for a small used SUV but REALLY wishing we could afford a new Explorer. I did not think it would even be close to possible, but Shane and Robert were able to mak used SUV but REALLY wishing we could afford a new Explorer. When we looked at other dealerships, every one said there was no way we could afford to get into an Explorer but STH made it happen. My wife is in LOVE with her new SUV and it is all thanks to STH Motors! I had heard that they treat customers well, but they really went above and beyond. They REALLY listened to us and were VERY VERY patient with us, as we are pretty picky customers. We had such a good experience, I will never buy a car from another dealer. More

I had a great experience at Sill-Terhar buying my vechile. I spoke with Bryan on the phone the day before I went in. When I got there they had the vechile ready for a test drive.
