Service Inspection Brought my Highlander in for 15,000 mile inspection/service work. Staff was friendly and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was also notified that the resolution to a recall was now available and the part would be ordered and I would be contacted when it arrived in order to setup a follow up appointment. Decent/average service. Didn't really go above and beyond. Had to go back in to get them to put air in my tires so the sensor would go off after they did a tire rotation. Service diagnostic was reasonably quick . estimarlte for repair was super inflated. Did repairs in 2.5 hours for $350 in parts using OEM parts.
