When sales personnel seen the vehicle delivered was not what they found me a new Flex model that I like and am very happy with. Sorry, I am not good with names, but my sales person Korey Miller is the only name I have many people did their best to answer my many questions I had, when Korey was not in. When I came in and he was not there, during 4.5 months waiting for the vehicle I ordered to come in. More

Difficult Problem With a 3.5L Ecoboost Engine I took my 2013 F150 3.5L Ecoboost in for service because when I stepped on the gas pedal hard the engine and transmission did not hook up. Because a I took my 2013 F150 3.5L Ecoboost in for service because when I stepped on the gas pedal hard the engine and transmission did not hook up. Because a lot of vehicles today are controlled electronically, I figured it had to be some sort of a "communication problem" between the engine and transmission. Frank, the Service Advisor, was very patient with me (this truck is my "baby") and he kept me informed as to the status of the service as it took some time to find the problem because the pickup would not replicate the symptom for Skyline. (Very clever truck ! :-) ) Frank, also arranged for a loaner vehicle for me as I really needed one! They had to put a Master Certified Engine/Transmission Mechanic on the pickup to finally figure out that the timing chain had stretched and (especially) under hard acceleration the truck could not read (understand the timing from the Timing Chain). Frank was very calm and very professional while I was frantically concerned for my "baby". The pickup is now running like new again !! Yeah Frank and crew !!! More
