Each time I bring my car in for service I need to to be sure my headlights are reset and I need to adjust the drivers seat. That’s ok. My Service advisor kept me up-to-date so I knew at all times where my vehicle was at in the process. The technician did a great job in both the care to cause as little as intrusion as possible and left no times where my vehicle was at in the process. It's been frustrating trying to get body work done on my truck and I've been trying to get this recall done in my Roush for over a year now. Their employee on the phone quoted me a timeline and a price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quot price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quoted and I was also told there was no way that it would be done the same day as I was promised, and then lo and behold was told that they called in favors and got it done the same day, which was the other most important because of time sensitive issues median to get to and from the Children’s Hospital in Portland and a particular appointment that was possibly life changing if we had missed, so not that I’m not grateful that they got me my car and did their job but it’s been a long time that I was made to feel bad about expecting to be treated kindly and I feel like going above and beyond should be a companies norm. I don’t know when that was not the case. But this is a perfect example of standards being at a low end thinking that enough More

My Toyota Camry sustained left side damage. I got several body shop estimates. Skyline was the lowest bid. My car was completed before the promised date.
