Solid Service and Get It Done Right I've been to the south Salem Skyline Ford twice now, once for a duplicate key fob and once for recall service on my pickup. Thank you to Scott My husband and i had tried to get a part for our 1992 F250 with problem after problem as the wrong part would show up. We had called the dealership an My husband and i had tried to get a part for our 1992 F250 with problem after problem as the wrong part would show up. We had called the dealership and they said we could get it the next day , so we took the day off and went to get the part, again the wrong part was given to us. BUT Scott said let me check on this and he went threw his computor and took the time to get the right one. He called later that day and said he had the part and we could come get it. And with great joy it was correct and we got our truck running again that day. As everyone knows with people going to work in different directions you need two running vehicles. My wife Paula and I had recently purchase I would just like to say that the Skyline Ford Family and Team Members are an OUTSTANDING group of people. My wife Paula and I had recently purchased a truck that after it's first car wash (a little dirty due to inclement weather at time of purchase) realized there was acid damage to the paint on the hood which had not been noted. Once Skyline management was made aware of the situation they quickly replaced the hood, painted and restored it to factory new condition at no additional cost in the purchase price.
