David, Service Manager is very rude and obnoxious. I took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said in an aggressive manner" Do you want me to pay for that? I am not going to pay you for it because my Technician didn't do that" He then walked away as if I was nobody. I felt disrespected because I didn't asked him for any money. This man has no class and should not be in such a position. Customers should be treated in a respectful manner and their concerns addressed in an amicable solution. David belongs in the gutters. More

Arthur is the best car salesman we have interacted with, and we've met A LOT of them during our car search. He is patient, kind, and very clear about the car and the buying process. Arthur made the difficult task of shopping for cars very pleasant, and he went out of his way to find us a car that we wanted when we were ready to leave. We have had a tough time shopping up until this pleasant, and he went out of his way to find us a car that we wanted when we were ready to leave. We have had a tough time shopping up until this point, and Arthur changed my whole opinion on the process and gave me back some faith in the automotive industry. After we were treated quite poorly by other dealers and given an unfixed car, Arthur made sure that we found something we liked, and he convinced us to get something at his location which saved us running around further. He did all of this in the context of a global car shortage! He will be my first call if (god forbid) I ever need another car. More
