So my review I have for the dealership is nothing but wonderful. I have purchased many cars from this location from the sales rep to the maintenance crew, etc. they treat you like family they do not lie wonderful. Toyota cars are wonderful cars, but having people that are not, the standard sales rep is even better. This is the 2nd car I’ve ever purchased, with the 1st one being 20 years ago and in my dad’s name since I was only 17. I’m happy to say we both really enjoyed our time with Mike Kazlauskas. Mike was calm, down to earth, honest, ready to answer questions, and very kind. The biggest relief was that he never made me feel pressured. I worried about the games that dealers and salespeople might play, but I never felt that way with Mike. He didn’t push for me to pay for something extra or get a higher priced car. It just felt like you were taking to a guy that really loves cars and wants you to enjoy the one you choose. He would do his best to get you a good deal and make things work. I was relieved with how he made things feel a lot more simple than I had expected. The paperwork process and leaving the lot with the car was a lot quicker and easier than I had imagined, just as he said it would be. My dad and I both really appreciate how he handled us and led us through it. It’s been 2 weeks and I still feel he was very honest and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I’d also like to note that Kyle handled the insurance process wonderfully. He was super nice, more than happy to answer any questions, and he focused on getting my rate low. John in financing was also very straight forward, honest, and easy going. All were very pleasant to talk to. More

My brothers and I visited at least 10 Toyota dealerships, including several in New Jersey, while searching for the right Toyota Highlander.
