I was just browsing on a Sunday and was 99% sure I wanted to purchase a Scion but wanted to test drive again after driving one at a different dealership a few weeks ago. It was very quiet so I was about to to purchase a Scion but wanted to test drive again after driving one at a different dealership a few weeks ago. It was very quiet so I was about to leave since I hadn't planned on purchasing that day anyway when John reappeared. I test drove and bought the car. All my questions were answered completely. I then went to Mitch in finance who was extremely helpful. It was my first time purchasing a new car, and the first ever with a dealership so I had A LOT of questions and was satisfied with my answers. When I came back for my car I was immediately recognized which makes customers happy :) The paperwork went fast and was explained. When John showed me my car he showed me everything I would need to know. I'm really happy I went by chance to the Smithtown dealership! I feel I will get the same customer service any time I need too - which will be soon since I'm still expecting floormats and a spoiler! Thanks :) More
