Beyond Easy to buy a new vehicle! I was expecting to have to haggle and have the usual stressful experience of buying a new car. Thank You , Larisa, Dave B. and Parts Dept. On Saturday-22/Sept/2018, I was in need of a (utility-convenience) part for my 2017 Prius Two model. The nice man , Larisa, Dave B. and Parts Dept. On Saturday-22/Sept/2018, I was in need of a (utility-convenience) part for my 2017 Prius Two model. The nice man(I appologize for not recalling his name) at the parts counter remembered all the details of my needs from our discussion two-days prior... very impressive. And after the purchase, I asked Larisa R. for some advice about the item, and in a short-order of time, Larisa R. & Dave B., Service Manager, was right beside me and spent a decent amount of time, making sure I would be getting the best use of the part. I'm also thankful for the wonderful detailing-job done and State Inspection for my 1-year-old Prius. Again, the people at Smith town Toyota excel at helping the customer feel right-at-home! More

Great experience at Smithtown Toyota I went to Smithtown Toyota to lease a Toyota Hilander after the Chevy dealer I was leasing from previously wanted a ridiculous rate hike for a new lea I went to Smithtown Toyota to lease a Toyota Hilander after the Chevy dealer I was leasing from previously wanted a ridiculous rate hike for a new lease. I worked with Lou. He was great from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, helpful in answering my questions and not pushy at all. I didn’t lease with him that first day, and he was fine with me coming back after I thought my decision through. When I did come back, he was great to work with. He was very efficient and made the process run quickly and smoothly, but he also took a lot of his time to show me how all the features on my new car would work. Best of all, he worked with me on price to fit my budget where the other dealers I went to were trying to get as much out of me as they thought they could. I would highly recommend going to Smithtown Toyota and meeting with Lou if you want a stress free experience. More

Best Experience ever at a Dealership-Thank You David Sung We stopped by Smithtown Toyota in order to look into buying a new Camry for our son. We'd read about all the safety features of the car and met with their salesperson David Sung. We have never dealt with a salesperson who has more knowledge of the products that they are selling then David. We had the most relaxing experience along with a no pressure attitude that we've never had before at a dealership. So much so that we purchased a Camry and went back a few weeks later and purchased an Avalon. As I've said, throughout both purchase experiences, we were never pressured which is more than can be said about other dealerships in the area. If your looking for a Toyota, definitely stop into Smithtown Toyota and ask for David. You will not be disappointed with his no sales pressure attitude and knowledge of his products. More
