Ben, my sales persons, answered all my questions and bent over backwards to help me. I purchased my Prius Prime over the Memorial Day weekend and the showroom was busy. Ben treated my me and my wife like we were the only ones there. He took us out for a test drive and worked out a fair deal. I never felt pressure to purchase the vechile and Ben was great throughout the process. I have called him several times since my purchase and he is still always ready to answer my questions.
