We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and when our son, a Special Forces Green Beret Staff Sergeant, currently forward deployed on an ODA in Afghanistan asked us to help him find a used Toyota Tacoma; we immediately went to the USAA Car Buying Service. Although Smithtown Toyota/Scion in NY is four hours away, they had the exact vehicle that we were looking for, so we took a chance and we're so glad that we did. Sal was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the truck looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Throughout the purchase process he checked in with us periodically and the day after we left NY he called us to make sure that we had made it home safely. Stacy guided us through the challenges of purchasing a vehicle by Power of Attorney and prepared the Maryland MVA paperwork so we were in and out of the MVA in under thirty minutes. Liz responded to our initial inquiry, provided liaison with the USAA Car Buying Service, and followed up after the purchase. Bought a used car I can't say enough good things about this dealership and especially Lou Bilous. Lou spent a lot of time showing me various new and used cars. I was able to turn in my Prius lease a little early and get the Tundra at an extremely fair price. On the day of pick up, everything was ready for me when I got there. Toyota Tacoma purchase 4-29-16 I was very impressed by the dealership as a whole......and by the young lady-Meghan Dwyer who sold me my new Toyota Tacoma SR. she spent a good amount I was very impressed by the dealership as a whole......and by the young lady-Meghan Dwyer who sold me my new Toyota Tacoma SR. she spent a good amount of time listening and tending to my desired features, took me around the lots looking at vehicles........made sure they took it for cleaning up immediately after i decided to buy it.......and called me several days after the purchase to see if i had any questions or concerns.....that has never happened to me ever in my life( i am 64) after purchasing a vehicle.......she was pleasant, fairly knowledgeable , friendly and accomondating....the car industry needs more salespersons like Meghan...........
